Hastelloy C22 diaphragm, poppet and wetted spring in the optional high-purity regulator trim.
Explore corrosion-resistance requirements for high-purity pressure-regulator diaphragms and the supply of imported Hastelloy C22 precision strip.
Regulator diaphragms respond to pressure differentials and require compatibility with corrosive gases, repeated flexing, clean surfaces and reliable sealing interfaces.
Hastelloy C22 (UNS N06022) is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice and stress corrosion in oxidizing and reducing media, including chloride-containing environments. Its low carbon and silicon levels help maintain corrosion resistance in welded heat-affected regions. We offer diaphragm-grade precision strip in several mechanical conditions with continuous mirror-polished finishing.

The following publicly documented high-purity regulator applications provide material-selection references for C22.

UHP diaphragm valves are offered with C22 material options; the public series overview does not specify the diaphragm material for every model.
We supply C22 precision strip for high-purity regulator diaphragms in different tempers and continuously mirror-polished finishes.
Continuously mirror-polished C22 diaphragm strip, with surface quality and temper matched to forming requirements.
Delivery specifications cover temper, dimensional tolerance, slit-edge quality and strip surface condition. Thickness-width combinations follow the applicable product specifications.
